Springs is a premium residence built around wellness, a place meant to renew the people who live there. The brief was to carry that idea, a place for rest and renewal, through every screen while speaking to the buyer’s reason and emotion at once. We took on all of it: developer workshops, strategy, storytelling, copywriting, design, and development.
The research shaped the strategy. Buyers of premium property study every detail of a project, yet what they are really after is harder to name: a place that gives them back to themselves. So the site speaks in feelings, with the facts woven in.
Where the spring begins
Springs takes its name from a source of fresh water, and the brand grows from that image: freshness, rejuvenation, renewal. On one screen, the metaphor comes to life as a delicate WebGL water animation, a small surprise tucked into the page. Everywhere else, transitions flow gently, and the interface answers the cursor quietly, there when you reach for it and out of the way when you don't. That is how the calm reaches a visitor as a feeling, with no need for the copy to promise it.
Website storytelling at a meditative pace
People return to a home like this several times before they decide. The site is built as a story that meets them wherever they are in that process. Each scroll opens another part of Springs and settles a doubt the buyer may be carrying. The rhythm is unhurried, almost meditative, and the copy keeps to it, lyrical where it sets the mood and precise where it describes the project. Storytelling on a website is the order in which content reveals itself. When that order follows the buyer’s own questions, the project unfolds just as they would want to discover it.
Parks, dew, and open air
The residence stands among city parks, with a spa complex, a private enclosed garden, and green terraces wrapping its transparent facades. The visual language draws that closeness to nature onto the screen: dew catching the sun, quiet park paths, flowers on an open terrace. Transparent images, close crops, and softly blurred edges keep every frame light and full of air.
Visual apartment selector
The selector opens with a full-screen photorealistic render of the building wrapped in greenery, in the same palette and mood as the rest of the site. Visitors travel through the floors across the facade, taking in the whole building first and then zooming in to the level of detail they need. Buyers who already know what they want, can use a parametric selector that leads straight to the right apartment. One path invites unhurried browsing, the other a precise search.
The result
Springs won Site of the Day and the Developer Award on Awwwards, and Website of the Day on CSS Design Awards. For us, real estate website design begins with how a place should feel, and every technical choice is there to keep that feeling intact. The WebGL water animation drawn from the brand’s name, the meditative storytelling, the imagery of parks and open air, and the visual selector set in greenery all serve both halves of the brief: renewal on every screen, and a site that speaks to reason and emotion together. A visitor comes to look at apartments and leaves with a sense of what Springs promises: a place to come back to yourself.
