AIR is a Grade A business center — a striking composition of twisted glass towers whose architecture speaks to ambition. Its futuristic silhouette orchestrates a fluid rotation of facades around a central axis — the contours of each flowing structure appear caught mid-dissolution, as though swept by a wave that defines the very essence of the design.
The twisted towers — each floor rotated against the last — became the foundation of the graphic system. That architectural plasticity naturally extended to custom 3D graphics: recursive forms and spirals echoing the building's silhouette, set in motion by smooth rotation and transformation. In the video, these shapes come alive — carrying the upward energy that runs through AIR's design philosophy.
Transparent panels with blur effects draw directly from the building's glass facades — AIR's defining material, brought into the digital environment. You see not just the element but the space behind it, and that openness reinforces the very idea of air. Paired with the custom 3D graphics, the result feels considered and premium — exactly where a Class A project should sit.
The custom office selector offers two ways to explore: browse visually across floor plans or narrow down by parameters. Switch between furnished and empty views to see each layout's full potential unfold.
A unique multi-selection feature lets you compare several offices on the same floor at once and watch them merge into a single cohesive space — crafted for those who never think small. No existing solution covered this scenario, so we built it from the ground up.
The website’s mobile adaptation wasn't treated as a scaled-down version of the site — it was a separate design challenge. Every element was rethought to feel native to the device, maintaining the same depth and quality of experience throughout.
Leaning heavily into 3D illustration made it possible to build interactive infographics that flat graphics simply can't match — the volumetric quality communicates more at a glance and holds attention longer. The styling doesn't compete with the rest of the site; it extends the same visual thread, pulling the user deeper into the content and keeping the experience from ever feeling repetitive.
