Astris is an ultraluxury real estate project. Developed in neoclassical style with superb design and amenities, it shines as a star in one of the most competitive markets. Our assignment in the project was to develop a complete communication solution — from brand strategy, naming, 3D and visualisations to the website and print design. We've been given complete creative freedom to create what we deemed the best for the project and achieved a high level of creative production at every process step.
House at Khlebny
Buying an apartment in the House At Khlebny is literary getting a piece of history. From some of the dramatic events of the past to inspiring visions of the future — living in the building is living in a dream. We created a brochure that, besides presenting the project, tells personal stories of the local residents and reflects on a rich building's history.
Match Point
For Match Point, a residential complex built in conjunction with the largest volleyball arena in Europe, we've developed a brand that reflects the sports heritage and a significant project's location. A highly original brochure was a pinnacle of the project, which allowed us to showcase our creativity and create inspiring content and an unorthodox layout.

Formal, solid, yet elegant and inspiring — a stunning brochure for a real estate developer is among our best works in corporate communication. The subtle images of exceptional beauty contrast the minimalistic design of the booklet, creating a unique atmosphere.
South Valley
South Valley offers various types of well-designed residential real estate, creating a variegated and rich impression. We offered to develop the project's brochure in multiple styles that resemble works of famous pop artists. Every section features custom illustrations explicitly made for the booklet and stylised to hint at some famous works of art.
