Poklonnaya 9 is a premium residential complex with a high-class SO/ hotel on its first floors. An Art Deco–inspired facade, rich interiors, generous amenities and a strong location give the project its character. We designed and developed a website that leaves the same impression as the residence itself and deepens it with every screen.
Art deco, at full volume
The facade draws on Art Deco, and the site starts from the style’s bold confidence. That character is felt from the first screen and holds through every page, from the homepage to the apartment selector. Page by page, it all adds up to a single impression.
Interactive promo blocks
Interactive promo blocks and detailed visualizations draw the visitor into the mood of the project, which lives as much in how the story is told as in what it says.
A website for every season
The site changes with the calendar: a dark design for autumn and winter, a light one for spring and summer. For the holidays, a New Year’s Eve version adds a festive layer of its own. Together they keep the site close to the visitor, right down to the view outside their window.
Bold type, layered depth
A geometric, all-caps typeface carries the facade’s art deco onto the screen. Behind it, monochrome palm fronds and golden dust surface from the background, different on every screen. Interior visualizations lie over that backdrop, with oversized letters crossing them in turn. The layers give the page depth: the eye finds something to hold on to, and the foreground stands out more sharply.

A day at Poklonnaya 9
The “Spend a day at Poklonnaya 9” page is built around a minimalist clock face. It follows twenty-four hours in the residence and shows what living here feels like at any hour. A list of amenities becomes a day you can picture.
Visual apartment selector
A buyer can start from the apartment itself or with their own requirements, and the site makes room for both.
The result
Poklonnaya 9 won Site of the Day and the Developer Award on Awwwards, FWA of the Day, and Website of the Day on CSS Design Awards. Luxury real estate web design has to impress, but an impression only lands when it matches the project itself: its values, its character, its visual language. Copying all that onto the screen isn’t enough, so we translated each feature of the residence into the language of the screen. The art deco facade turned into typography and layered backgrounds, the project’s mood into interactive promo blocks, life in the residence into seasonal versions and the “Spend a day at Poklonnaya 9” page, and the apartment selector into the step from first look to choice.
