    Developer Award

Sobha Realty ranks among the UAE's top developers, with a portfolio spanning billions of dollars across Dubai and beyond. Sobha Privy Collection sits at the very top of that portfolio — the finest residences from across several projects, gathered under one meta-brand. The brief was simple to say and hard to deliver: make the site feel more expensive, more singular than anything this client had shown before. A presentation worthy of the most exclusive real estate in their name.

A signature, unfolded

The visual language starts with a single shape — an abstract 3D form drawn straight from the brand's own mark. We took the interlaced ribbon from their logo and gave it a third dimension. The site opens on that one image alone, a quiet metaphor for rarity and refinement, and it's what makes the whole introduction feel singular from the first second.

A thread through the whole story

That 3D form is more than an opening flourish. It runs through the whole site like a connective thread, flowing from section to section and holding the story together from the first screen to the last. That's what lets a long presentation read like one composition, not a stack of pages.

WebGL, in service of feeling

WebGL isn't a technical flourish here — it's there to give the site a sense of effortless innovation, pulling the whole experience deeper into luxury. Circular galleries unfold section by section, opening into full-screen views as you scroll. One horizontal-scroll chapter turns browsing into something closer to an interactive story in photo and video, rather than a flat gallery.

The spiral, everywhere

Those circular galleries carry the same interlaced motif as the 3D graphic — one shape, drawn from the logo, running through the three-dimensional work and the photography alike. That's the difference between a set of good-looking sections and a site that reads as one idea: everything traces back to the same source.

A route through the city

The map is a 3D WebGL scene that carries you straight through the city as you scroll, revealing each project exactly where it sits — its location, how it relates to the others, the landmarks nearby. Rendered in the same black-and-white palette as the rest of the site, it makes location feel just as elegant as everything else here.

Built to be read, like a book

The menu is animated, built like a table of contents — the site unfolds in chapters, closer to a digital publication than a landing page. The logic follows the product itself: this isn't the story of one project, but of a collection drawn from many and folded into a single meta-brand. So the story moves chapter by chapter, not laid out as a catalogue to pick from.

Beyond the landing page

Past the main site, we designed a full set of interior pages — each one distinct, all carrying the same restrained, expensive tone.

The result

Sobha Privy Collection won Site of the Day on Awwwards — recognition from the international design community for an ultra-luxury real estate meta-brand out of Dubai. Interactive 3D and storytelling at this level are still the exception in premium real estate, not the rule. For us, it's simply the standard. Every decision — the 3D form drawn from the logo, the WebGL galleries, the map that carries you along the coastline, the spiral motif, the chapter-based structure — works toward one thing: presenting the collection at a level that matches the most exclusive real estate in the client's portfolio.
