Self-Service, Customer Portal
The largest Latvian mobile network operator, LMT, has approached us for the UX/UI design for their customer self-care portal, My LMT. The project's goal was to provide easy-to-use subscription management for private and corporate customer segments.
The project involved an extended research phase, where we analysed the company's sophisticated payment plans, various subscription management features, customer goals and needs. Our project resulted in an extensive UI pattern library and solid UX design solutions for the self-care system.
