GE Money Bank was a universal bank owned by GE, offering loan and deposit products to both private and legal entities. The Latvian branch of the company approached us to develop a custom dealer front-end BPM system that automated loan origination in the company's outlets and partner shops.
The system performed customer validation, scoring, loan plan calculations, agreement generation, digital and printed agreement management, and other tasks, streamlining the business process management, decreasing human errors, and increasing the company's operational capacity.
