Vide Infra is an Approved Supplier for British Airways, the flag carrier airline of the United Kingdom, for digital product development globally. For many years, we've been delivering various customer self-care, BPM, customer loyalty, and customer portal solutions for the company worldwide. The geography of our projects for BA covers an area from Argentina to Japan.
Some of the most significant projects we've implemented for the company include a trade extranet that provides personalised commercial information communication to partners in Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, under the management of 70 BA employees and about 300 000 registered customers and supporting an array of languages, including Hebrew, Chinese, and Arabic. Another remarkable project is the key accounts management system for North America, which helps BA establish direct and effective communications with the most significant corporate clients and allows them to manage their orders and enjoy bonuses.
