For plastic surgeon Dr. Grigoriak, we developed a corporate website built around high aesthetics — something that resonates with the very core of his craft. We carefully shaped the tone of his personal brand — one that highlights surgical mastery and communicates refinement and personal touch.

We conducted workshops with the doctor and explored the competitive landscape to define a website strategy. This process led to a luxury website design concept: intimate and subtly captivating. The website conveys a sense of beauty, refinement, and sensuality, promising the transformation clients seek. The key communication goal — building a trustworthy, credible doctor’s image — which we do through a mix of high-class personal photos and messages, and by highlighting a rich experience and accolades.

Building storytelling for a plastic surgeon requires exceptional delicacy and a precisely calibrated tone. We describe the services from the client’s perspective as an act of health and beauty care. Meanwhile, we never compromised professional accuracy, since the doctor’s expertise had to remain unquestionable. That’s why we found ways to explain complex procedures clearly and visually, making them easy to understand without oversimplifying.

We organised photo and video shoots to create exclusive visuals for the luxury website design. It helps to precisely express the personal brand's unique style, even in small design elements. For example, the hand featured in the 3D scene is literally the surgeon’s own.  This reinforces the idea of an individual, attentive approach, as clients intuitively sense this level of personalization and associate it with the quality of the services.

Every element of the website is refined and calibrated with the same precision as a surgeon’s movements. In a luxury website design, the brand is embodied in every detail — nothing is incidental. We also designed a custom icon set to clearly and visually explain procedures and services, making complex information approachable and structured.

The content is structured so that patients can easily find key information and answers to the questions that bother them. The website includes a page about the doctor’s expertise, a blog, a price list and cost calculator, detailed pages for the most popular procedures, and patient reviews. Such rich content is crucial for customer conversion. Plastic surgery is a difficult decision, and clients visit the site several times before making it. It’s important that they find new arguments in favor of Dr. Grigoryak each time.

One of the project’s standout features is the custom price calculator developed specifically for this website. While many visitors come to understand the approximate cost of services, pricing in plastic surgery depends on multiple variables. We have found a way to present this information in a clear, convenient manner.
