Amaffi Perfume House, a French ultra-luxury perfume producer, approached us to develop their new high-end eCommerce website. Our goal was to create an authentic user experience that incorporated elegance and a sense of exclusivity with impeccable usability and top-grade functional eCommerce performance.

We've used the highest resolution images on a category page to help customers enjoy perfume bottles in every detail.

On the Amaffi website, we deal with aromas, which are much more intangible and hard to put into words. So, we came up with an idea to create an additional wizard that would facilitate shoppers to arrive at the perfume of their dream by navigating aromas, ingredients, and use occasions.

Product cards with large images help the visitors explore the exquisite and flawless details of the perfume bottles. They include detailed descriptions of the ingredients, delivery terms, payment methods and gifting options. All information on one screen.

If you want to scrutinise the perfume bottle in the tiniest detail, we've made a particular zooming option just for that!

There are more than a hundred carefully prepared ingredient illustrations.

Amaffi perfume's packaging is an art in itself. We've designed a 3D gallery where customers may enjoy the packaging from many angles by rotating it around.

The extended product cart options allow adding a greeting card with a personalised message to the delivery package.

The address autocomplete helps the customer quickly place an order without entering all address details by hand. The handy order details allow the visitor to quickly recap the order's price and delivery details and make any changes if needed. The return and customer help options are available here as well.

We've carefully integrated a series of UX tools that help Amaffi to convert many online customers.

A handy customer account allows the visitor to view order status, make changes to personal details, add or edit the delivery address, and view completed orders.
